About these terms

These terms apply to your use of companyregistrations.org and, in summary form, to engagements with Company Registrations. A specific engagement is governed by the written quote and engagement terms you approve before work begins; where those differ from this page, the engagement terms win.

Information on this site

Costs, timelines and regulatory descriptions on this site are indicative and prepared with care, but zone authorities, banks and regulators change fees and rules without notice. Nothing here is legal, tax or investment advice. Figures marked indicative become binding only in a written quote we issue for your case.

The name checker and wizard

The name check runs published UAE naming rules and our own screening list. It is a preliminary check: final availability is decided solely by the relevant registry, and a passing preliminary check is not a guarantee of registration. Recommendations from the wizard are starting points based on the answers you give, refined by a specialist before anything is filed.

Engagements

• Work begins after you approve a written quote.
• Government and third-party fees are collected at cost and payable before filing.
• Timelines we quote assume complete, accurate documents from you; authority delays sit outside our control and we communicate them as they happen.
• Licence approval, visa issuance and bank account opening are decisions of the respective authorities and institutions. We prepare files to maximise approval and cannot guarantee outcomes we do not control.

Refunds

Fees paid to government bodies and third parties are non-refundable once filed. Our professional fees for work not yet performed are refundable if you cancel before that work starts, as set out in the engagement terms.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to submit false information, infringe others' rights or probe the site's security. We may decline or terminate engagements that raise legal or compliance concerns, including anti-money-laundering red flags, and where law permits we will tell you why.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with this website is limited to re-performing the affected service or refunding the professional fees paid for it. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of Dubai.
