Who we are
Company Registrations ("we", "us") operates companyregistrations.org. We provide company formation and related corporate services in the United Arab Emirates. For anything in this policy, contact hello@companyregistrations.org.
What we collect
- Enquiry details you submit: name, email, phone, nationality if provided, proposed company name, business activity and setup preferences entered in our forms and wizard.
- Formation documents, if you engage us: passport copies, proof of address and other documents required by licensing authorities, immigration and banks.
- Technical basics: standard server logs including IP address and pages requested, used for security and to keep the site working.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare quotes you asked for.
- To deliver formation services: filings with zone authorities, immigration and banks, which requires sharing your documents with those bodies.
- To meet our own legal obligations, including UAE anti-money-laundering rules.
- To follow up on an enquiry you started. You can tell us to stop at any time and we will.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
- We do not share your details with third parties beyond the authorities, banks and service providers necessary to deliver what you asked for.
- We do not send marketing you have not signed up for.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period after. Client files carry statutory retention periods under UAE regulation, typically five years after the relationship ends, and we hold them no longer than required.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion where no legal retention duty applies, all via hello@companyregistrations.org. We respond within a reasonable time and say plainly if a law prevents us deleting something.
Security
Data submitted through this site travels over encrypted connections. Documents are stored with access limited to the team working on your file.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date above changes with it, and material changes will be flagged on this page.
